This is a comprehensive exam including a prescription for eyeglasses and screening for cataracts and glaucoma.
* All exams include 90 days of follow-up visits (unrelated to eye infections). Any follow-up visit after 90 days will be subject to a $25 fee. All services are non-refundable.
